Join Edmonton Spiritual Meetup!

During the 1-hour Spring / Summer meetups, you can expect the following: 

• 20 minutes of gentle, easy Qi Gong (slow, flowing / stretching movements with focus on breathing)

• 10 minutes of easy yoga to wake up the body

• 15 minute guided meditation

• 15 minute audio presentation of various speakers / teachers

 

The meetups are free. Everyone is welcome.

Meetups are at Laurier Park on Saturday mornings from 9:45 am to 10:45am. Every two weeks. 

Starts May 18 until August 24, 2024.
