The Conscious Kids 8 week (instead of 10 weeks) "Crash Course" will only be offered this one time! Your family can learn essential mindfulness tools in less time and at a discounted rate! The Conscious Kids "Crash Course" runs Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:15 at the Himalayan Meditation Centre in Edmonton (see dates below).

 

The class will be taught by talented and compassionate Conscious Kids Certified Instructors who have been trained by the creator of Conscious Kids to deliver clear, consistent, fun and engaging classes.   • 8-week program held at the Himalayan Meditation Centre in Edmonton (10716 - 142 St)

  • Starts April 23, 2020 and runs on Thursdays from 6:15 - 7:15 pm until June 11th (April 23, April 30, May 7, May 14, May 21, May 28, June 4, June 11)

  • Conscious Kids is designed for kids aged 5-13 (minimum age is 5 years).

  • Price is per family. One or both parents / guardians are invited to attend and participate.

  • Spots are extremely limited. Only about 6 families will have the chance to register.

  • Total price of the program ($187.62 + tax) is $197/family for 8 weeks, payable online immediately to guarantee your spot.

  • All the families who sign up for the Program are given an online link to access the stories and activities from each class. This way, missed classes can easily be caught up at home.

What Will Be Covered During the 8-Week Program:

Each lesson is taught through a creative short story and fun activity created by the author of Conscious Kids.

  • Week 1: Stopping with the bell and deep belly breathing

  • Week 2: The relationship between thoughts and emotions

  • Week 3: How the body responds to positive or negative thinking

  • Week 4: Dealing with strong emotions

  • Week 5: Decoding the language of emotions

  • Week 6: Three powerful choices we always have in the now

  • Week 7: What is real happiness?

  • Week 8: The greatest gifts in the world (compassion, deep listening, kindness, forgiveness and presence
