Let Go of Stress & Increase Your Energy Now

I went for a walk this morning and caught myself daydreaming about a better future. I became aware that if I can't be in a state of peace, acceptance and joy NOW, in this moment, that feeling of wellbeing that I'm ultimately longing for won't be possible in the future either - no matter what circumstances I find myself in. It's easy to forget that happiness arises from within. This inspired a very brief mindfulness practice to become aware of stress and negativity, to release it, and to consequently increase our energy, vitality & raise our vibration.
