Mindfulness is a Superpower!


Over the past decades, I have been working with people from all walks of life as a counselor, health and wellness advisor, life coach, Reiki master, spiritual mentor, and mindfulness instructor. As much as I love these different modalities that are all powerful in their own unique ways, I have found mindfulness to be the most effective and life-changing discipline that radically enhances well being, contentment and our capacity for self-empowerment in a simple, yet permanent way.


In the video below, I briefly explain what you can expect from my 10-week Mindfulness Training Program.


What To Expect During Our Sessions...


I want you to feel recharged, grounded, peaceful and clear after every single session. I also want you to learn as much as possible, apply what you're being taught, relax deeply, and access the subconscious part of your brain - which is the doorway to changing old habits and beliefs that can hold you back or sabotage your conscious efforts. In order to achieve all these goals, I have created meditative audio recordings that will allow you to relax deeply, learn effortlessly, and go into Alpha and Theta brainwaves, thus allowing you to tap into your subconscious mind. You will remain fully awake and aware during our sessions (this is not hypnosis) and you will leave feeling refreshed, uplifted, more informed and self-aware. The meditative recordings I have created specifically for this program offer the benefit of freeing me up, and this allows me to go into a deeper state of presence where I can focus on radiating out healing energy while you are learning and practising.

During your 10-week mindfulness and emotional awareness training program, I will work with you on an individual basis  (preferably in person in Edmonton, Alberta, but online is an option as well). We will meet once a week for 50 minutes.

  • How to manage discomfort and the crucial role it plays in your well-being.

  • Thoughts 101 and emotional self-regulation.

  • Meditation training and powerful visualizations.

  • Strategies for problem-solving, conflict resolution, managing difficult emotions, releasing negativity & holistic healing, and much more.
