Help your kids develop their social and emotional intelligence, lower their stress, boost their confidence and improve their mood... all from the comfort of your own home! Empower them for life with Conscious Kids @Home, a 10-week downloadable program that enables parents to teach their families about mindfulness, self-awareness and emotional resilience through creative short stories and fun, engaging family activities! Conscious Kids makes it easy for YOU to teach your kids at your own pace WITH weekly support from one of our amazing Conscious Kids Certified Instructors. Your kids will have so much FUN they won't even realize how much they're learning!

  • 10-week program that you share with your kids in the comfort of your own home!

  • This is not a program you need to follow online! We recommend you download / print a copy of your weekly lessons and spend some quality family time together AWAY from the computer. 

  • You will receive 10 easy-to-follow mindfulness lessons to share with your family.  We recommend doing one lesson/week.

  • The lessons are designed to teach essential skills for emotional resilience while improving communication, understanding and bonding between family members.

  • Start anytime and receive weekly support from a Conscious Kids Certified Instructor (via phone or video chat). Your assigned Instructor will chat with you & your kids for 15 minutes each week before you do your lesson, for a total of 2.5 hours of personal support.

  • Conscious Kids is ideal for kids aged 5-13.

  • We recommend you do your weekly lessons on the same day / at the same time each week to create a routine. Each lesson takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

  • The whole family can participate! The skills you will learn and share together are invaluable! Conscious Kids makes it easy for you to spend quality time with your loved ones. 

  • The cost is $25 per lesson / week, for 10 weeks, plus GST / HST for Canadians. (for a total of $250 + tx)

  • When you register, you can apply for a reduced rate by agreeing to work with a mindfulness instructor in training during your 10 week program. Total cost of the program with an instructor in training is $197 + applicable taxes. Limited availability.

What Will Be Covered During your 10-Week Program:

Each lesson is taught through a creative short story and fun activities created by author Lise Villeneuve:

  • Week 1: Stopping with the bell and deep belly breathing

  • Week 2: The relationship between thoughts and emotions

  • Week 3: How the body responds to positive or negative thinking

  • Week 4: Dealing with strong emotions

  • Week 5: Decoding the language of emotions

  • Week 6: Three powerful choices we always have in the now

  • Week 7: What is real happiness?

  • Week 8: What can we do when others are unkind?

  • Week 9: Noticing our seeds of unhappiness

  • Week 10: The greatest gifts in the world (compassion, deep listening, kindness, forgiveness and presence
